Belgium and Israel go head-to-head in a tie that is taking place on Thursday 12 September, Friday 13 September and Sunday 15 September with a rest day on Saturday due to the Jewish holy day of Yom Kippur.
The two nations are currently tied at 2-2 in their head-to-head but Belgium have won their last two meetings. With a World Group place for next year up for grabs, they will be hoping to make it three in a row whereas Israel will be desperate to stop the run.
Belgium are facing relegation after losing 3-2 to Serbia in the World Group first round. Belgium are regulars in World Group play-offs, having competed in 20 over the last 23 years, but they have compiled a winning record in that time, having won 12 of them.
Israel suffered a heavy 5-0 defeat to France in the opening round of this year's World Group. They have been involved in the World Group play-offs for each of the last three years, including a spectacular 3-2 victory over Japan last time round.
