Del Potro speaks of emotional victory

BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA: Juan Martin del Potro contained his emotions on court, but after defeating Radek Stepanek 64 64 62 in the opening rubber at Parque Roca the big man from Tandil broke into tears.

He speaks here of the reason for his emotional reaction to the victory and looks back on a job well done to give the home team the early advantage.

Radek Stepanek admits that the match was much closer than the scoreline suggests adn reveals how he will pick himself up from the disappointing start and refocus ahead of Saturday's doubles.

Tomas Berdych pulled off a five set win over Juan Monaco and he talks with Craig Gabriel aotu how he didn't feel so good in the midedle of the match when he was down, but he faced the same situation with Andy Murray last weel at the US Open and he learnt from that experience. He knew he could pull it around even against the Argentine crowd.
