JACKSONVILLE, USA: With Brazil trailing 2-0 after the first day of play in the Davis Cup by BNP Paribas World Group first round tie against USA they were written off by many but having pulled back to 2-2 after the fourth rubber in Jacksonville Bellucci claimed that the team never had any doubt that they were strong enough to beat any country.

It wasn't to be the dream that the visitors were hoping for, however, as Sam Querrey toughed out a victory over Thiago Alves. Captain Jim Courier looked back on missed opportunities over the weekend as a whole and praises the character of John Isner who he believes will learn from the defeat to Bellucci as well as looking ahead to a tie against Serbia.

Querrey described the great feeling of completing victory for his side and also talks of the pressure involved in facing a resurgent team.
