CORDOBA, SPAIN: Rafael Nadal and David Ferrer recorded singles wins on the first day to give the locals a commanding 2-0 lead over France in Córdoba.

On Saturday, Michael Llodra and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga played some amazing doubles tennis to keep the French hopes alive but Rafel Nadal showed his best self on Sunday by beating Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, securing a 3-1 lead over France and putting Spain in the final.
