Captain: Guy Forget
Djokovic leads Serbia once again and goes into the Final unbeaten in Davis Cup singles play this year. He recorded the winning point in the opening two ties and also defeated Wimbledon runner-up Tomas Berdych in the semifinals.
Troicki and Tipsarevic are both contenders to support the world No. 3 as the team’s second singles player. Troicki has rankings and recent form on his side, but Tipsarevic reached hero status with victories over Berdych and Radek Stepanek in the last round.
Zimonjic, who provides the side with all-important doubles expertise, might find himself partnering Troicki or Tipsarevic, depending on which player doesn’t make the singles line-up on the opening day.
Monfils takes on the mantle of being France’s top player having recently overtaken the injured Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the world rankings. He has a 100 per cent record during the current campaign with wins over Philipp Kohlschreiber, David Ferrer and David Nalbandian.
Following his performances in the last two rounds, Llodra is also expected to play singles on the opening day. He has won two titles in 2010, in Eastbourne and Marseille, and is currently ranked at a career high No. 23.
Clement, who at the age of 32 is hoping to make his first appearance in a Final after missing out in both 2001 and 2002, is likely to partner Llodra in the doubles, while Simon will also be hoping to feature during the weekend.
