WIENER NEUSTADT, AUSTRIA: Jurgen Melzer was visibly delighted by his performance against Alex Bogomolov Jr that sent Austria through to a Davis Cup by BNP Paribas quarterfinal showdown against champions Spain.

The Austrian No.1 spoke of the relief of having a strong team around him and in particular the emergence of Andreas Haider-Maurer. Having shouldered the majority of national pride on his own for many years he believes that in Haider-Maurer there is another player with potential to win through when the tie is on the line.

Austrian captain Clemens Trimmel speaks of his pride in his team's performance this weekend, the emergence of Andreas Haider-Maurer as back up for Melzer and how they will most definitely be the underdogs against Spain in April's quarterfinals.
