OSTRAVA, CZECH REPUBLIC: Radek Stepanek is an elder statesman of Davis Cup by BNP Paribas these days but the 33-year-old still managed to defeat Andreas Seppi in five sets on the opening day in Ostrava.

He talks to Lee Goodall about the secrets to keeping himself fit and healthy towards the end of his career.
