Troicki boosted by doubles win

Audio interview

  • Chris Bowers

BELGRADE, SERBIA: Viktor Troicki tells reporter Chris Bowers exactly what the doubles victory has meant to him and the confidence boost he has received ahead of a potential draft in to the singles on Sunday.

And Nenad Zimonjic, 10 years Troicki's senior, reveals what he has at 35 years old that Troicki doesn't at 25.

Serbian captain Bogdan Obradovic confirms that both Novak Djokovic and Janko Tipsarevic are fit for Sunday's reverse singles. His Argentinian opposite also confirms his selection for tomorrow, seeing no reason why David Nalbandian nor Juan Martin del Potro won't be oncourt bidding for that vital third point to take them through to the final.

Juan Ignacio Chela and Juan Monaco discuss where they feel today's match was lost.

Chris Bowers has been on the tennis circuit for more years than he can remember. When he became a father nearly 10 years ago, he decided he wanted to reduce his travel, so limited it to Grand Slams and Davis Cup ties; and as a result he is attending his 58th Davis Cup tie this weekend.
