Fed Cup by BNP Paribas is the largest annual international team competition in women's sport for a reason. Here we transport you back over the last 50 years to show just what it is that makes the event so special.

This video, which features greats of the women's game, like Billie Jean King, Martina Navratilova and Arantxa Sanchez Vicario talking about their passion for Fed Cup, was produced to celebrate the competition's 50th birthday in 2013.
