OSTRAVA, CZECH REPUBLIC: Mikhail Kukushkin won the deciding fifth rubber that sealed a historic win for World Group new boys Kazakhstan. Earlier on the final day, Andrey Golubev drew the visitors level with Czech Republic by beating world No. 7 Tomas Berdych.
