PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC: Lucie Safarova wins the decisive third point to hand Czech Republic a seventh Fed Cup title after defeating Jelena Jankovic 61 61 at the O2 Arena.

The Czech was the star of the tie, winning both her singles rubbers and she was never more dominant than in this clash.
