FRIBOURG, SWITZERLAND: USA recorded a stunning 5-0 win over a full-strength Swiss team in the Davis Cup by BNP Paribas World Group first round. Mardy Fish and John Isner defeated Stanislas Wawrinka and Roger Federer on day one, before Fish combined with Mike Bryan to seal the tie. To add insult to injury for Switzerland, the Americans also won Sunday's dead rubbers to cap an extraordinary weekend. USA now travel to France in the World Group quarterfinals.
