NH Hoteles ranks third among European business hotels. The Company currently has 398 hotels with 60,691 rooms in 24 countries in Europe, America and Africa.
NH Hoteles has, at present, 43 new projects for hotels under construction, which will provide more than 7,000 new rooms. Amongst those hotels, the chain highlights some products such as the Collection Category, the “nhow” avant-garde design hotels and the NH Luxury Resorts.
NH Hoteles stands out in quality both as regards services and facilities, with very carefully thought out decoration, intended to please all tastes and making the guest feel comfortable. NH Hoteles’ establishments offer the most advanced technologies designed to facilitate the guests’ communication as well as their work and leisure.
The restaurants are another milestone for hotels in the chain, offering guests first-rate cuisine. Furthermore, the prestigious restaurateur Ferran Adrià, creator of El Bulli restaurant, has entered into an association with NH Hoteles, launching new concepts such as “nhube” and “Fast Good”, pioneering spaces in the hotel sector.
NH Hoteles is one of the major urban hotel chains as regards sustainability. Consequently, it has launched its own Environmental Plan, setting itself the target of bringing down energy, water consumption, CO2 emissions and waste production by 20% in 2012, eight years before the deadline set by European law.
NH Hoteles has also taken a key step in its environmental policy by becoming the only Spanish hotel chain to become a member of the famous International Tourism Partnership, a worldwide platform that brings together the top firms in the tourist industry that ensure sustainable behaviour in the tourist business.
Moreover, the hotel chain has set up the NH Sustainable Club. This initiative is aimed at getting the most environmentally responsible suppliers of the hotel chain involved in designing and developing action to help protect the planet.
NH Hoteles joined as an International Sponsor and Official Hotel of Davis Cup in 2006.
