Davis Cup - Venue switch for Morocco and Belarus; Ireland progress to World Group II

The Davis Cup Committee has decided the World Group II Play-off between Morocco and Monaco will now be played in Monaco and the World Group I Play-off between Belarus and Mexico will now take place in Mexico
