Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion (#ShowYourColours Selfie competition) constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. The promoter is the International Tennis Federation [ITF Licensing (UK) Ltd](the ITF).

3. The promotion period begins at 9am (GMT) on Friday 12th September 2014 and finishes at 12noon (GMT) on Tuesday 16th September 2014 (Promotion Period).

4. During the promotion period, up to 8 prizes will be released depending on the number of photos tagged in the #ShowYourColours Selfie gallery.

5. To enter, individuals must like the Davis Cup Facebook page and tag the picture of themselves in the #ShowYourColours Selfie gallery.

6. Show Your Colours is about national pride, passion, colour, noise, patriotism and intensity. Winners will be selected based on the photos the appointed judge at the ITF feels best portray this.

7. Entrants grant irrevocable permission to the ITF, its commercial partners and media agencies to use all photos at their sole discretion for any purpose, including broadcasting and commercial purposes, without compensation.

8. Entrants must be over the age of 18. Any entry where the entrant does not meet the minimum age requirement will be invalid and will be removed. If this is discovered after awarding prizes, the prize will be revoked.

Entrants must own a public account on Facebook to enter and must not use someone else’s account or have someone else enter on their behalf.

9. Employees of the ITF and their immediate family may not enter.

10. For the purpose of prize distribution, only the entrant (person who is tagged) will be entering the competition and eligible to win a prize. If there are multiple people tagged in a photo, all will be contacted.

11. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

12. Each winner will be notified via private message on Facebook. Initial contact will be from one of the Davis Cup Official sites and will occur within 12 hours of the competition closing.

13. If, despite reasonable attempts, the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 72 hours of the promotion closing, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize with no compensation or other prize payable in lieu.

14. Prizes will consist of Davis Cup by BNP Paribas World Group 2014 Final tickets, Wilson sports bags and a selection of other prizes. Prizes are subject to change at the discretion of the competition organiser.

Please note:
For tickets: Prizes do not include additional extras including but not limited to; flights, accommodation, travel and transfers. Tickets are non-transferable once allocated to an individual.

For all prizes: Prizes may not be exchanged, deferred to later rounds of the competition (in the case of tickets), or taken in cash.

15. Tickets will need to be collected by the winner (or individual the winner assigns the tickets to) in person at the relevant tie venue. Ticket collection details will be given to each winner individually. A form of photo identification will need to be presented upon collection at the venue.

Other prizes will be posted using tracked delivery to the address given by the winner at the time of confirming their prize.

16. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

17. The Promoter will collect entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant will be excluded from the promotion. All information will be handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act.

18. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

19. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with the Conditions of Entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner will be determined. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. The Promoter, including any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) by any person in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
